The Bruin Real Estate Association (BREA) is the premier undergraduate commercial real estate club at UCLA. As the only undergraduate real estate club that works with the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate, BREA offers students exciting networking and educational opportunities. We host open meetings during the Fall and Spring quarters and host BREA Society every Winter quarter. BREA Society is an application-only cohort which serves as a great opportunity for members to expand their real estate knowledge and jumpstart their career in the industry.

For those who are not a part of the Society, please keep up-to-date with our social media, website and newsletters. We will be having several great events throughout the quarter which will be open to all members, and we hope to see you there!
