What opportunities and knowledge has BREA introduced to you? “BREA has played an instrumental role in my career development. The organization has provided me with a diverse perspective on various career opportunities, and the asset classes introduced by the organization regularly bring in different firms from the industry to conduct informative sessions. Additionally, BREA has equipped me with valuable knowledge and technical expertise through its meticulously crafted curriculum. This curriculum included real estate financial modeling training, which taught me how to create cash flow models to assess investments' value and financial feasibility across a wide range of product types in commercial real estate. BREA has also allowed me to put such knowledge into practice through case competitions. Thanks to my involvement with BREA, I gained the knowledge and experience to secure an internship in the industry and perform well during it.”
